SCV Commercial Leases Former Water Company Site to Action Family Counseling!

For information regarding Action Family check out their website. It was a pleasure working with Cary Quashen and his agent Bobby Haas from Pinnacle Real Estate in securing their lease. The CLWA (Castaic Lake Water Agency) who owns SCWD (Santa Clarita Water District) was excited to lease their former office building to Action. Earlier last year Dennis Verner of SCV Commercial Real Estate Services represented SCWD in purchasing new offices in the Centre Pointe Industrial Park. It took nearly a year to finish the tenant improvements. Once in, the SCWD needed to lease out their former site. SCV Commercial was proud to take the listing and immediately there was interest. Action was up against several churches, day care centers, retail uses and even a charter school. The building with its large front yard has a charisma all its own.
